Send a description of your loved one to us using the email address : shop@giftsglobal.co.uk and we will promptly respond with a small hand selected list of items which we believe may match your criteria.

How the Tailored gift picking service works

Effectively this is like a concierge service - and enables you to have 1 on 1 interaction with our experienced in store staff - who will aim to isolate the perfect and most suitable gift for your loved one.

It is a very simple and effective, no obligation service

  1. From the background information you supply, with your request - one of our fully trained staff will make up an initial list of gifts they feel may be suitable. They will then forward that list to you by email.
  2. You peruse the list and pick the items you think will be most suitable for your loved one. Then you email back your preferred selection(s).
  3. We then photograph the item(s), and send more detail back to you including description, photos and all costs.
  4. If you wish to purchase, we will place that gift in our online shopfront - and send you a link such that we can complete the sale.

  5. Type or area of gift (Tactile, wood, functional etc.),

Advice for using this service

During peak times, such as Christmas - we may not be able to respond so quickly to email requests. Make sure that you have at least a few days before you need the gift - as the quickest we are able to deliver gifts is Next business day - and of course there is handling times to take in to account etc. it is safe to assume that we may need up to two business days to fulfill your order.

If you only provide vague background information - we may be unable to help - as we do not have very strong telepathic skills.
