At Global Gifts we are responsible retailers and fully support the distance selling regulations - we are pleased to adhere to this legislation as we believe it conveys important rights for the consumer and ensures that trust can be placed in any Phone or Internet transaction made with ourselves.

We also fully comply with the wishes and or directives of the UK Trading Standards Institute

Your rights

You as a customer have the right to a replacement item or a refund should an item we supply be found not fit for purpose, not sold as advertised (misrepresented) and in the event of an ordered item being lost or stolen prior to dispatch (or indeed if an item goes missing with the nominated delivery company). This does not effect your statutory rights. (proof of purchase required etc.)

We take our Obligations seriously

1. We do our best to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with items they order from us - whether the goods are picked up from within the shop, or items are sent via Royal Mail/Nominated Courier.
2. We send all internet and phone orders out via Insured delivery - with a preference towards Royal Mail - should an ordered item go missing en-route we will (according to the terms and conditions and exact specifications to which we are bound by our courier(s)), refund and or replace the missing item without question. Although the insurance adds a little to the cost of the delivery - the peace of mind it enables us to provide our customers is priceless.

As mere humans, we are not 100% right all of the time, and we acknowledge this in advance. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will always try to satisfy our consumers and meet there needs - as much as possible.
